Paul DeBaylo
Paul W. DeBaylo is the founder and CEO of DeBaylo Associates, a Princeton based
management consulting and training company. With nearly two decades of
consulting experience, Paul has successfully assisted more than 100
companies and organizations – in both the service and manufacturing
sectors – improve business performance. Paul’s business consulting
specialties include: Baldrige Criteria-based Performance Excellence
assessments, organizational improvement strategies and focus, new
product/process design, and Six Sigma process improvement.
Prior to founding
DeBaylo Associates, Paul spent seventeen years in management positions at
RCA Corporation and Fairchild Space and Electronics, most recently as the
Corporate Director of Quality for RCA, where he lead process improvement
across RCA’s diverse business group.

Paul received a
Bachelors degree in Engineering from Manhattan College and a Masters
degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University. He
