Paul DeBaylo 

Paul W. DeBaylo is the founder and CEO of DeBaylo Associates, a Princeton based management consulting and training company.  With nearly two decades of consulting experience, Paul has successfully assisted more than 100 companies and organizations – in both the service and manufacturing sectors – improve business performance.  Paul’s business consulting specialties include: Baldrige Criteria-based Performance Excellence assessments, organizational improvement strategies and focus, new product/process design, and Six Sigma process improvement. 

Prior to founding DeBaylo Associates, Paul spent seventeen years in management positions at RCA Corporation and Fairchild Space and Electronics, most recently as the Corporate Director of Quality for RCA, where he lead process improvement across RCA’s diverse business group.  

Paul’s professional credentials include: 

• Senior member of the Board of Examiners, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, US Department of Commerce

• Judge: Texaco Quality Award; Pfizer Award for Excellence; NJ Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence

• Examiner experienced with numerous state, federal and corporate award programs based on Performance Excellence

• Master Black Belt, Six Sigma methodology

• Certified Life Orientations (LIFO) trainer

• First Vice-Chair and founding member of Quality New Jersey (QNJ)

• Member, Institute of Management Consultants; Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

• Senior Member, American Society for Quality (ASQ)

Paul received a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Manhattan College and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.  He completed Executive Management programs at Columbia University and the University of Michigan.
