Kathleen DeBow
Kathy DeBow is Executive Vice President
of DeBaylo Associates. She is responsible for marketing, client services,
finance, administration and recruitment.
Prior to joining the firm in 1991,
Kathy spent twelve years in the international transportation industry, most
recently as General Manager, Quality Improvement for Atlantic Container Line.
There she was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the
company's Quality Management process.
Kathy’s professional affiliations have included
Program Chair and Marketing/Membership Chair, Quality New Jersey, and membership
in the American Society for Quality Control.
